  Our experience at this store was the worst we've had in a long time. I would avoid this hole at all costs. The staff was discourteous, interrupting, and had no interest in taking care of the customer. My wife and I made an appointment to be there on a Saturday at noon and they confirmed it. We showed up and no one was there. We called and they could care less that they had missed the appointment and made no effort to help us out. First of all, who isn't open on a Saturday at noon, especially when we made an appointment?!? They finally offered to let us ship it to them and cover the cost of shipping, but when we finally got the credit days later...guess what...the shipping was not included. Everytime we spoke to the sales staff they were rude, interrupting, and made no effort to show that they cared about our business and even cared that we were there. With all the other fabulous businesses on Worth ave, save your self the trouble and shop somewhere else. It is deinately the worst on Worth.
